DRILLER'S DAILY CHECKLIST

1 Crown-o-Matic and Floor-o-Matic are tested and functioning
Set for drilling or tripping
2 Twin stop system shall be checked at start of each shift
3 Check and record accumulator (Koomey) pressure
4 Check and record manifold pressure
5 Check and record annular pressure
6 Visually inspection of make up & brack out cylinder
7 Tong Dies condition, dies removal and hand protection are available
8 Elevators and slips are in good condition and correct size
9 Visually inspection of traveling block and greasing
10 Availability of the FOSV and Gray valve and in open position
11 Correct size of safety valve key is available and accessible
12 Tong Snub and pull lines are available and in good conditions
13 Derrick man to check for the loss items on the derrick
14 Derrick winch line and fall arrestors are working and in good condition
15 Cheack the Remote choke in auto and manual valve are functioning and
oil level is ok
16 Choke manifold valves are line up correctly as per client procedure
17 All pressure gauges of the standpipe manifold giving same value
18 Check and record the settings of Pop-off valve of mud pumps
19 Check the pulsation dampener pressure
20 Check draw-works hydromatic brake.
21 Visually check the fast line and drill line on the draw-works drum(fast
end clamp also)
22 Visually check the dead line anchor
23 Function test of emergency brakes
24 Check saver sub thread on the TDS
25 DS and ODS side air winches, man-rider are correctly spooled
26 Enough SCBA and Escape sets for rig floor
27 Rig floor lifting gears are having valid color code and in good condition
28 Cheack the any abnormal sound & leakeg on TDS
